A safe school is not created by rules alone

A safe school is not created by rules alone—it is built through awareness, sensitivity, responsibility and the courage to act.

With this vision, Gaurs International School, Yamuna City organised an engaging and thought-provoking workshop on POCSO & POSH, conducted by Ms. Archana Mathur, expert trainer and resource person.

The session went beyond legal provisions and focused on real-life understanding, responsible behaviour, recognising concerns, maintaining professional boundaries and building a culture where every individual feels safe, heard and respected.

Know the law. Recognise the signs. Respond responsibly.

The workshop empowered our educators with knowledge and reinforced an important message—protecting children and creating a respectful workplace is a shared responsibility.

Heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Archana Mathur for making the session insightful, interactive and truly meaningful.

At GIS, we continue to learn—not only to educate better,
but to protect better.
