Sixteen-year-old Sampada Tiwari has brought immense honour to our district by representing India at the prestigious UNICEF Innocenti Leading Minds Conference 2025, held in Nairobi, Kenya from November 2–5. Selected as one of only 15 Youth Foresight Fellows from over 6,000 global applicants, she created history by becoming: the youngest fellow worldwide, and the first-ever Indian to receive this distinguished honour. In recognition of this extraordinary milestone, a team of our dedicated teachers visited Sampada’s home to personally congratulate her and extend their warm wishes to her proud parents. Annual Soprts Day 2024
The highly anticipated Annual Soprts Day of RAN Public School Rudrapur was held on 14 November 2024, on the occasion of Children's Day, with great enthusiasm and excitement. The Chief guest of the day was Mr.Sharad Joshi, Paralympics athlete and the Guest of Honour was Mr.DKSingh, General Secretary Uttarakhand Olympics Association. The day began with an impressive opening ceremony where the guests were welcomed. The ceremony featured a colorful parade led by the school’s marching band, followed by the lighting of the torch, symbolizing the start of the games The program consisted of various Sports activities, such as 100 meter and 400 meter race, March past, yoga, taekwando, pyramid and Tug of War. All the four houses of the school participated in the program. Blue House won the tournament by securing maximum points. Medals and trophies were awarded to the winners. The program ended with a motivational speech delivered by the chief guest, which was followed by National Anthem. This year’s Sports Day was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie among students. It reminded everyone of the importance of physical activity and the joy that sports bring to school life.

"Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher." To commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and to show gratitude to the beloved teachers of RAN, Teachers' Day was celebrated in school with great zeal and enthusiasm. The programme started with the auspicious lamp lightning ceremony by Chairman Wg Cmdr H K Rai ,Madhu Ma'am along with Director Mr Mohit Rai and Administrator Mrs Nidhi Rai alongwith Principal of both the branches. The students of Class X To XII presented a variety of entertaining programmes which were appreciated by all during the assembly. A lot of fun-filled games were organised . All teachers participated and displayed great sportsman spirit. The winning teachers were awarded gifts. The programme concluded with words of wisdom by Director Sir who reminded us of our duties and struggles towards achieving our goals and Chairman Sir who advised all teachers to take a pledge towards making a better tomorrow through our students.

National Sports Day 2023
"Gold medals do not consist of gold, they consist of hard work and determination." Every year "National Sports Day" is celebrated in India on 29 August to honour the birthday of Major Dhyan Chand Singh, the greatest hockey player ever in the history of India. Major Dhyan Chand was born on 29 August 1905 and is exceptional skills and achievements in hockey have left and incredible mark in Indian sporting landscape. He is often preferably referred as the "WIZARD of HOCKEY." He was the captain of gold winning Indian Hockey team at Berlin Olympics in 1936 he is very well known for his extraordinary control and impeccable goal- scoring ability. The primary motto about National Sports day is to promote awareness about the significance of sports and being physically active.Through this assembly students encouraged others to learn about the importance of discipline, time management and leadership quality. On the occasion of Dhyan Chand Ji's birthday R.A.N. Public School Bhurarani conducted an inter house volleyball competition in which Red House stood first and Blue House stood second.
NDRF visit
Disasters cannot be controlled, but definitely can cautiously be evacuated from.Today a team of people from the 15 NDRF Batallion, led by Assistant Commandant Praveen Kumar Ojha, visited our school to present a drill in front of the students of class 9 and 10, in ways to treat a case of emergency. The cases included heart attack and the role of CPR, Foreign Body Airway Obstruction, Earthquake, Floods etc.

The participants enthusiastically participated and have endeavoured to show their excellence in the show. The program was concluded by the felicitation to the little champs by recieving golden and the silver stars for their performances from respected Principal ma'am. Heartiest congratulations to all the students, teachers and parents.
Dental care Camp
The health of our teeth is a general marker of our overall health. Guru Maa Advanced Dental Care, Rudrapur organised a free consultation on Dental Care at RAN Public school, Bilaspur for students of Classes 10 to 12. This consultation session was headed by Dr Aanchal Dhingra and Dr Karan Bhalla alongwith with their team .They told about the new technology which has now been introduced for dental care. Later they had an interaction session with the children.

CLOSING CEREMONY OF SUMMER CAMP 2023-24Making memories that lasts for lifetime. A weeklong summer camp organized by RAN Public school ended on 30 May, 23.During the summer camp students of classes 3 to 8 were offered a plethora of activities which included craft activities, culinary skills, dance, music, yoga, skating, cricket etc where students showcased their creations in an innovative form. During the closing ceremony students presented eye catching performances. The camp held the students and encouraged them to develop their latent skills and talents. Later Principal ma'am delivered a speech and said that the camp was truly unforgettable. She also said children should keep working hard and stay healthy and carry joy to share with the family.

R.A.N PUBLIC SCHOOL, RUDRAPUR always believe in doing beyond the set pattern and this time , we provided a enlightening Career Counselling Session on Tourism Industry for the students of grade XII Commerce students.The resource person Mr Cosmin Remetea, helped students to begin, change, or advance their careers in tourism industry . Mr. Cosmin , Founder and Director of We Discover, France is a Romanian by nationality who speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian , German and English Fluently. He did all his education from France and she now settled in France since 15 years. He owns 5 Travel Companies. Now he is the part of Just Frenchat India as Cultural and Language Exchange Coordinator. He apprised them about maintaining that passion and become the person they intend to. Our Principal Ma’am Mrs. Bhawna Bhanot also guided and motivated the students to take part in various cultural exchange program activities to get the international exposure. Over all it was a nice and enriching session for the entire students.

Mega Career Counselling Session was conducted for students of Class X on 24th March, 2023 by Mr Gopal Chaudhary Regional Manager of Vidyamandir Classes Rudrapur along with his teammates. Parents and students attended this session to clear the doubts related to stream selection after class X. Principal Ma'am was also present during the event. Later in the session QnA session was also conducted to clear the doubts of the parents and the students.
Farewell 2022-23
RAN Public school, Rudrapur organized a farewell function for class XII students,academic session 2022-2023. *The school is the second home of students, and students are the heartbeat of the school, so the occasion was brimmed with the dual feelings of elation and sorrow of departing* The program was started by lighting the lamp by the Principal, Mrs Bhavna Bhanot. The program started with a grand ramp show by 165 students.Titles were also given to the students of class XII along with QnA session. The titles of 'Mr. RAN' and 'Miss RAN' were awarded to Ayush Pratap Singh and Nandita Adlakha respectively. Various cultural programs, were performed by students of class XI, with colorful programs At the end, mementos were presented to the students of class XII. They came on the stage and expressed their thoughts by saying thank you in a loud voice and expressed their gratitude to the school. Administrator Mrs Nidhi Rai and Principal Mrs Bhavna Bhanot wished all the students good luck in their future examinations along with their bright future. The program was conducted with enthusiasm by the students of class XI which kept everyone engaged.

Dr Kalam used to say - 'The purpose of education is to make good human beings with skill and expertise." Capacity Building Program was conducted by CBSE on NEP -2020 by resource persons Dr Geeta Shukla and Mrs Bhavna Bhanot. Around 60 teachers participated in the workshop where they were told about the need to implement NEP- 2020. Various task were also performed by the teachers during this workshop.

Technology like art is a soaring exercise of the human imagination.” Today Inter school Codart -2022 competition was held at RAN Public School, Rudrapur. 11 schools participated for the event which was divided in 3 categories - Hackathon, Science Exhibition and Robocar Race. The special Guest during the event was Mr Prawal Pratap Singh, Co - founder of Maker's Duniya and Mr Sachin Rana, Education Ambassador of TME. They also conducted a workshop for the students where they guided them about how science and technology can bring a big change. After which the Participant schools participated in various categories. In Overall Category RAN Public School, Rudrapur stood 1st and Saraf Public School stood 2nd . The management and the Principal of the school congratulated all the teams and also thanked them for making the event a grand success.
