Admission Process

METHOD OF ADMISSION FOR NURSERY (BALVATIKA 1)

1. Registration forms availability at entry level (Balvatika1) in the month of December as per the guidelines of Directorate of Education.
2. First list and waiting list will be declared according to the guidelines of Directorate of Education

3. Admission in class (LKG Balvatika 2-class IX) only against vacancies.
4. An admission test shall be conducted, and a merit list will be prepared to fill up the vacant seats within the class strength prescribed by the CBSE.
5. a. There will be only one paper of Admission test of class LKG-I is of 1-hour duration & 20 marks comprising English, Math and Hindi b.There will be only one paper of Admission test of class II-IX is of 2 Hours duration & 100 marks comprising Hindi, English, Mathematics, Urdu and Science each of 20 marks.
6. Registration for admission in class XI within 10 days after the declaration of class X result if vacancies arise.

AGE CRITERIA

1. THE FOUNDATIONAL Stage (Nursery/Bal vatika1, Lower KG/Balvatika 2 and Upper KG/Balvatika3) is to be regulated as per NEP structure and will be recognized to include three years of pre-primary education before class 1. The following age criteria will be implemented for these classes vide circularNO.DE.23(749)/Sch.Br./2025/556 dated 20/6/25 Directorate of education.

2. A child may be admitted to class 1 only upon completion of 6 years of age from Academic Session 2026-27 onwards.
