• The composite fee shall be submitted by Cheque/Online. Cash will not be accepted.
  • The fee shall be paid in four quarters:
    • April to June – Pay by 20th April
    • July to September – Pay by 20th July
    • October to December – Pay by 20th October
    • January to March – Pay by 20th January
  • Examination fee should be paid along with the first quarter fee.
  • Fee after the due date will be accepted along with a fine of Rs. 100/- per month (including the running month).
  • Cheques can be dropped in the Cheque Drop Boxes at school between 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Clearing time is 12:00 noon.
  • Outstation/Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
  • Any cheque dishonoured due to errors (insufficient funds, signature, date, A/C no., overwriting, etc.) will:
    • Be considered non-payment
    • Attract a penalty of Rs. 350/- per cheque
    • Also incur a late fee of Rs. 100/- per month if paid late
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues, including the running quarter’s fee.
  • In case of withdrawal, only the Security Deposit will be refunded (to parents only). Students leaving in 3rd Quarter (October) must pay fees till March.
  • Fee defaulters of more than 2 installments:
    • Will not be allowed to appear in exams
    • Name will be struck off from the school roll
    • Re-admission will be required
  • Cheques should be crossed and drawn in favour of:
    • St. Thomas Kindergarten – for Nursery & Prep
    • St. Thomas School – for Class I onwards
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable.
  • Students appearing for Board Exams must clear all dues (till March) by 20th January.

  • Fee Certificate:
    • Will be issued on demand only after full fee payment
    • Rs. 100/- will be charged if requested mid-session
