Admission Guidelines

The Admission Form must be completed and registered by paying the Registration Fee, which is not refundable. Those children who are registered will be notified of the date of the test. After examining the child, the Principal reserves the right to admit the child into the class deemed suitable for him/her.

1. Age Requirements

Students should complete the age indicated below against the class before the Academic Year. According to NEP.

2. Documents required at the time of admission

Pre-Primary

Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate.

Class K.G. Onwards

School leaving certificate from school last attended. Progress report of last exam passed. Date of birth and character certificate from the Principal of the school last attended.

3. Withdrawal

A prior one month's notice or school fee in lieu thereof is to be given when the student is to be withdrawn. The school authorities on any one of the following grounds can expel a student

a. Irregularity in attendance

b. Behavioral problems.

c. Non-Payment of fees/School dues.

Important Rules

1. Parents/Guardians concerned shall be informed when a child is selected for admission. However, the offer shall be treated as confirmed only if the fees and security deposit have been paid within the stipulated time, and acknowledged.

2. For a child who has been to school previously and is attending this school for the first time, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school must be furnished before joining school. For those coming from outside Uttarakhand, the appropriate Educational authority of the state concerned must countersign the Transfer Certificate. Since no change can be made in the age once it is entered in the Admission Register, a certified copy of the Birth Certificate is also to be submitted in each case.

3. The date of birth once entered in the Admission Register will NOT be altered under any circumstances On withdrawal, a Transfer Certificate be issued if due notice has been given and all Roses have been paid according to the school rules.

4. If a child does not join the school at the stipulated time after admission has been confirmed, full school fees for the year will be charged.

5. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission without assigning any admission.

6. Admission to ACAPE Mission School is a privilege and not a night.

7. Recommendation for admission from any source will display a prospective candidate. Parents are, therefore, advised to approach the Principal's office personally for admission and not through any other person or persons.
