 The admission process begins on 16th November every year for the new academic session. 
 Admissions are open for Nursery to classes IX & XI. 
 The child must be 3 years as of 31st July. 
- Birth Certificate of the child (Xerox copy)
 - Aadhar card of child and parent (Xerox copy)
 - Passport-size photograph of child
 - Previous school’s transfer certificate (original) & Report card (Xerox copy)
 
 Yes, our school is co-educational and provides equal learning opportunities for both boys and girls. 
 Application forms are available online on the school website or at the school office during the admission session. 
 Mid-session admissions are possible only if seats are available and CBSE admission criteria are met. 
 Yes, an entrance test is conducted for admission. 
 Selection is based on the child’s performance and seat availability. 
All our schools are day schools. Timings vary in summer and winter, as well as for different classes:
- Summer: Classes III to XII: 6:50 am to 1:30 pm; Class II: 6:50 am to 12:30 pm; Nursery to Class I: 7:50 am to 12:30 pm
 - Winter: Classes III to XII: 7:50 am to 2:30 pm; Class II: 7:50 am to 1:30 pm; Nursery to Class I: 8:50 am to 1:30 pm

 We conduct regular Child-Parent-Teacher Dialogues and Orientation Programs to ensure active parent participation in school activities. 
- No, Sunbeam School, Sarnath does not have hostel/boarding facilities.
 - However, our four branches – Bhagwanpur, Lahartara, Suncity, and Varuna – offer hostel facilities. The hostels provide comfortable rooms, nutritious meals, 24x7 security, medical support, and a structured routine with supervised study hours.
