- An Application Form has to be taken either online or offline for admission.
- Admission for all students (CBSE/ICSE) will be decided on the cumulative performance of the student in the Aptitude Test .
- General attitude, discipline, performance in previous classes, and regularity in school will also be considered.
- Candidates appearing for the interview and exam should be in their previous school uniform (Class I upwards) and must be accompanied by their parents.
- It is compulsory for students to appear for an interface with the management along with their parents.
- If students fail to meet the required criteria in the Entrance Exam, admission will not be confirmed.
- Admission is subject to the discretion of the management.
- Seats will be automatically cancelled if admission is not taken within 7 days of the result declaration.
- Once admission is granted, the Final Admission Form must be filled out at the Fee Counter, and the fees must be deposited.
- Admission for all students (CBSE/ICSE) will be decided on the cumulative performance in the previous 4 years (i.e., Classes VII to X) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
- General attitude, discipline, performance in previous classes, and regularity in school will also be considered.
- It is compulsory for selected students to appear for the interview and counseling session (timings will be displayed on the notice board along with the results).
- Candidates appearing for the interview and exam should be in their previous school uniform and must be accompanied by their parents. They must carry the original copy of the Class X (ICSE/CBSE) exam marksheet (if received) / Pre-Board Results, Report Cards of Classes VII, VIII & IX, and other merit certificates.
- If students fail to meet the required criteria in the Entrance Exam, they must choose an alternate stream.
- If a student fails in the Class X Exam or receives a compartment, admission to Class XI will not be granted.
- Admission is subject to the discretion of the management.
- All students opting for Physical Education, Tabla,Vocal, Bharatnatyam, and Applied Arts must appear for a practical-cum-aptitude test.
- All students opting for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Psychology must appear for a written test in the subject.
- Seats will be automatically cancelled if admission is not taken within 7 days of the result declaration.
- Once admission is granted, the Final Admission Form must be filled out at the Fee Counter, and fees must be deposited.
- To initiate the admission process online, please fill the Online Google Form and make the payment.
- Admission Counsellor of the school will get in touch (through mail & telephone) and confirm the receiving of the form.
- The parents have to send the following details through Whatsapp to the admission Counsellor (over 9721401089)

- Once the transaction is confirmed by the Accounts Department, the admission Counsellor will then get back to the
- parents and allot date and time for the admission test and interface.
- Both the parents (preferably) and the child have to be present for the offline test.
- Once the admission test and interface is over, the school will decide on the admission and the admission
- Counsellor will mail/whatsapp the information to the parent.
- The parents have to reach out the office for final paper work within due date.
- A student must produce evidence of the date of birth (Birth Certificate) for Nursery to Class I and a Transfer Certificate (TC) of the previous school from Class I upwards, by the second week of April, failing which admission will stand cancelled.
- The original and photocopy of the previous school’s marksheet must be submitted by the second week of April, failing which admission will stand cancelled.
- The school leaving certificate of a student joining from Class VII upwards must be countersigned by the educational authorities of the district in which the previous school is situated.
- A student will be admitted only to the class mentioned on the transfer certificate, not to a higher class. Early promotion will not be granted.
- The TC and marksheet must be from the same school.
Seats will be automatically cancelled if admission is not taken within 7 days of the result declaration.
In general, there is no fixed last date for submitting an application for admission. It completely depends on the availability of seats.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
- School fees must be paid before the last date mentioned in the fee card.
- A late fee will be charged after the due date as mentioned in the fee card.
- A fine of Rs. 300/- per month will be charged for all fees paid after the due date, and Rs. 300/- for every subsequent month until the dues are cleared.
- If fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months or more, continuation in school will be at the discretion of the Principal. Re-admission will be allowed only after paying a re-admission fee of Rs. 1000/- along with the accumulated late fines.
- School composite fees are charged for the full session (12 months).
- Admission in the first semester (April–September): Fees are payable for all 12 months.
- Admission in the second semester (October–March): Fees are payable for the next 6 months only.
- As per the U.P. Government Fee Regulations Act, separate charges will apply (with prior parental consent) for optional amenities such as co-curricular/parallel-curricular activities, examinations, excursions, transport etc.
- Students will not be shown their Report Card/Answer Sheets or allowed to sit for any examination until all dues (fees or documents such as TC, BC, Report Card) are cleared.
- To avoid rush and save time, parents may pay fees in advance for 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Fees can also be paid through cheque, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favour of Sunbeam (Branch name).
- A cheque receipt will be given initially, and the official fee receipt will be issued only after cheque clearance.
- An amount of Rs. 400/- will be charged for dishonoured cheques.
- Cheques must be deposited on or before the date mentioned in the fee card.
- Fees can be paid using the swipe machine at the school fee counter.

- except for the first payment of new admissions (which must be paid at the school).
- Fees may also be paid by scanning the QR code. After scanning, parents must inform the school accountant (9721550276) or the fee counter (6390898054) for receipt generation.
- To withdraw from the transport facility (optional), parents must give 3 months’ prior notice and pay for the complete month in which withdrawal is requested.
- No withdrawals are allowed after November for the current session.
- If withdrawal is requested after November, transport fees for the full session will be charged.
- Delay in transport maintenance fee payment will attract a fine of Rs. 30/- per month.
- Any person paying fees without a valid Entry Card or Gate Pass will be treated as a visitor and must complete visitor formalities for security reasons.
